This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Take
- All text and background color pairs are verified to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
- The entire site can be operated with a keyboard alone, including menus and dropdowns
- Visible focus indicators are provided on every interactive element
- Every image carries alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading order are used on every page
- A “Skip to main content” link appears at the top of every page
- Touch targets meet the minimum 44 by 44 pixel size
- Animation and motion respect the operating system’s reduced-motion setting
- Forms use visible labels, and required fields are marked in text as well as color
A translation tool is available in the bar at the top of every page. Machine translation may not be perfect — for help in your language, please call us and ask for an interpreter. We provide interpretation in Arabic, Somali, Spanish, Pashto/Dari, Oromo, and Urdu.
